RMB guidelines for smoother functioning of the whatsapp group among the members;
1. This group is Purely for our Rotary community. No other religions’ persons’ business should be promoted.
2. Rotary members should post ONLY their requirement for business related items from Monday to Saturday between 07.00am to 10.00pm.( Sunday will be a day to share profiles of all members where members are requested to introduce themselves and their business )
In response to the need posted, the member having the resources should post in the group or contact directly. The prices should NOT be quoted in the Group Chat under ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
3. Message for Medical Emergency are allowed 24 x 7.
4. We request all RMB members to co-operate with other members of this RMB Kolkata group.
5. We request all the members to register themselves at www.rotarymeansbusiness.org group.If help required, contact admins. It is Very Necessary.
6. RMB members should NOT Post any type of images/video/messages/Audio or any types of push/forward messages under any circumstances at any time. No birthday greetings ,no Demise message , no informative message to be done in this Gr . Maximum two Pictures ( for promotion ) can be shared by the member in Gr in a day
7. RMB kolkata meets twice a month at Silver Spring Club at Kolkata (2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month ) Plus Nano Meeting On invitation
8. RMB International and local chapter Life & annual membership can be obtained by paying one time fee or annual fee
9. Information related to Rotary District events can be shared only .
10. When the ask is placed . Further clarifications and other details can be shared on personal phone of the other member ( unless and until it is imp for others to know )
